A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Project Manager at BITĖ Lietuva

Get a behind-the-scenes look at our learner Klaudija’s fast-paced day as a Digital Marketing PM at BITĖ Lietuva: data, strategy, and wakeboarding.

A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Project Manager at BITĖ Lietuva

If you’re thinking about a career in digital marketing, you’ve probably noticed how broad the field is. From content to performance, analytics to strategy, no two roles look the same. That’s why we’re sharing real-life stories of professionals working in the field today.

For this edition of our series, we sat down with our junior team lead (JTL) Klaudija Krasauskienė, who’s also a Digital Marketing Project Manager at BITĖ Lietuva to talk about how she’s balancing data-driven strategies, creative campaigns, and personal growth.

Outside of work, Klaudija is just as driven: competing in wakeboarding, training her dog, and always pushing herself to improve. She shared what her typical day looks like and how she manages it all.

Setting the Tone for the Day

Klaudija’s mornings start early. Before getting to work, she fits in a quick workout or a walk with her dog, Haris. This helps her clear her head and get ready for a productive day.

Once she's at her desk, the first thing Klaudija does is check campaign performance. She analyzes conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA) through Google Analytics and her team’s internal dashboard. Going through the numbers first thing in the morning helps Klaudija adjust her strategies and spot quick wins for optimization.

From there, the day moves fast.

Balancing Strategy and Execution

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, Klaudija is hands-on with both strategy and execution. If something affects the digital customer journey, she’s in the middle of it. That includes:

  • Optimizing paid media campaigns to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Collaborating with teams — brainstorming marketing initiatives, aligning on promotions, and discussing performance insights.
  • Segmenting customers to tailor offers, whether it’s direct sales, upselling, or customer retention.
  • Creating content for BITĖ’s website and digital communication channels.

No two days look the same. Some days are packed with meetings — aligning with agencies, cross-functional teams, or senior leadership. On other days, Klaudija deep-dives into campaign performance, A/B testing ad creatives, or refining landing pages.

Mastering Time Management

People often ask, “Klaudija, how do you handle so much?” The truth is, it’s all about structure.

Klaudija relies on Todo by Zenkit to track tasks and a meticulously planned calendar where every 30-minute block is accounted for. If something can’t be completed, she reschedules instead of canceling. This system keeps her on top of everything — whether it’s work responsibilities, mentorship, learning at Turing College, or personal passions like wakeboarding and dog training.

Prioritization is key. Understanding which tasks are urgent versus important helps Klaudija stay efficient without feeling overwhelmed.

Finding Turing College

Klaudija joined Turing College through an unexpected opportunity. After regularly asking her manager to support her professional development through courses or conferences, she was invited to a surprise meeting with the Turing College team.

Encouraged by her manager, she joined the Digital Marketing & Analytics program to deepen her skills and stay ahead in a fast-changing field. Not long after, she became a JTL, and discovered a new passion: helping others grow. Teaching and mentoring others helped her absorb knowledge more deeply herself.

What stood out most at Turing College? “The strong sense of community and the peer review process. It wasn’t just about learning — it was about learning with others,” she says.

Now, Klaudija has her sights set on becoming a senior team lead (STL), ready to take the next step in her learning journey.

Beyond Work

Outside of her role, Klaudija makes time for activities that challenge her. She trains in wakeboarding and even competes, which has taught her discipline, resilience, and the value of continuous improvement. She also spends weekends at dog training lessons with Haris, refining skills they started in puppy school.

Why Klaudija Loves What She Does

For Klaudija, digital marketing is never static. There’s always a new challenge to tackle, a strategy to refine, or a smarter way to connect with customers. The fast pace pushes her to stay sharp and makes it all exciting.

A defining moment in her career was the BITĖ Talents program. It strengthened her leadership skills, deepened her strategic thinking, and gave her the confidence to take on bigger challenges.

Sometimes people tell Klaudija that she seems to have more hours in the day than they do. The secret is loving what you do and staying curious. Every day is an opportunity to improve, whether at work, in sports, or personal growth.
